Marshall Lasser has represented car haulers for almost 50 years, including Cassens Transport, Jack Cooper, Precision Vehicle, Leaseway and others. He knows the car hauling business.

He has represented building tradesmen as many years. This includes not only in workers compensation claims but also for negligence claims against contractors.

Marshall Lasser knows the types oj injuries typically suffered by workers: torn rotator cuffs, herniated disks, pinched nerves and other damage to the cervical and lumbar spine, carpal tunnel, meniscus tears and other knee damage, concussions, traumatic brain injury and many more.

Marshall Lasser has won MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS in workers compensation benefits for injured workers – for UPS and FedEx employees, Teamster union members, truck drivers, millwrights, carpenters, heavy equipment operators, roofers, plumbers, pipefitters and other BUILDING TRADESMEN.

Marshall Lasser also handles negligence and no fault claims for injuries on or off the job. These include slid or trip and fall, auto accidents, dog bites, etc.

Marshall Lasser has worked for members of Teamster locals 214, 247, 299, 337, 614, and for members of these building trades locals: Pipefitters 636, Plumbers 98, Millwrights 1102, IBEW 58, etc.

Graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Michigan.

Marshall Lasser’s big Supreme Court wins include Ghaffari v Turner Construction (a member of IBEW 58 slipped on pipes left in a construction site walkway) and Kemp v Farm Bureau Gen. Ins. Co (member of Teamster local 299 hurt his back lifting items out of his truck).
